Free Standard shipping for Australian orders over $150

Alma universal offers free express shipping for all Australian orders over $100 after any discounts have been applied. All parcels are sent via Australia Post and each parcel is completely trackable to your delivery destination.

 

Express shipping is $12 for Australia

Place an order before 3 pm AEST and we will dispatch your order the same day. If you live within the metro zones you will receive your order in the next 2-3 business days! 
If your order is placed after 3 pm, it will be processed the following business day. Allow 3-4 business days to receive your order.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Please note: Express shipping could take 2-7 business days for rural areas. International customers can track their parcels via DHL here.

Orders from Colombia

  • Alma universal in Colombia ship via servientrega (approximately 2 - 5 Days to receive once it is dispatched).
  • Shipping cost is calculated based on the size of your order. Your shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page once all items are in your shopping cart.
  • Shipping on orders over $100000 is FREE within Bogota only.
  • All orders are dispatched next business day after your order is placed.
  • All orders are shipped from our Bogota Warehouse.
  • Should you require your order urgently, we offer Express Post for an added fee. This cost will be calculated for you on checkout.

 International Orders

We ship worldwide (Approximately 6-15 days)

  • The price of the shipment will be calculated on the checkout page once all items are in your shopping cart.
  • Any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.

Signature Upon Delivery

All parcels require a signature upon delivery and therefore we recommend that you provide an address where you will be during normal office hours. Should you not be available to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card to notify you of the delivery attempt and also the post office location in which you can pick up your parcel.

 

Delivery to P.O. Box Addresses

PO Box addresses are accepted for all Australian addresses only and all such deliveries will be signed for & delivered to your local post office. Please check your tracking information to find your parcels delivery status.

 

Custom or Import Duty Fees (International Only)

Custom or import duty fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. Although rare, we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you should refuse the parcel, alma universal will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel.
Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left Australia, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given timeframe we are not liable for any delays that are out of our control.

Damaged in transit

All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving our warehouse. Once your package has left our warehouse, Alma universal is not responsible for damages incurred. Please contact Australia Post for more information.

RETURNS

 

Returns and exchanges

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or receive an unwanted gift. We are unable to resell your returned products in order to ensure product integrity. You may choose to receive a refund, exchange or credit where the product is faulty. Alma universal products must be returned as soon as possible, accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

 

All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Bikini sets must be returned with both top and bottom. Swimwear and towels cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Email us at contact@almauniversal.com with any issues within the first 10 days and provide us with pictures.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Product/s must be returned with their original packaging, with tags, and invoice, otherwise, a refund will not be issued.

 

Shipping Address Problems

We only follow the shipping information based on what you have entered on the checkout page upon placing your order. We are not liable for lost, held, miss-delivery errors, due to incorrect shipping addresses. Hence, order confirmations are immediately sent to our customer's email addresses to confirm the purchase that will also give them time to review its full details.

If your package gets returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address, you will be refunded for the product(s), not for the shipping.

 

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Shipping
  • To return your product, you MUST email us first at info@almauniversal.com You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
